Tania Riaz is Head of CX Strategy, Portfolio and Partners at ixtel, she is responsible for the recurring revenue operating model for ixtel Customer Experience (CX) business. This includes working closely with customers and partners to design and test the new CX portfolio and new CX partner model. She is also responsible for driving ixtel market leadership, business planning & strategy, demand generation, strategic events and global growth across marketing.
